Forms Of Breach :
اشکال نقض :


A breach of contract may take one of the following three forms :


Where one party :

1) Repudiates his liability under the contract before performance is due;

2) Disable himself from performance his promise or part under the contract;

3)Fails to perform his obligations under the contract.

نقض قرارداد ممکن است به یکی از سه شکل زیر صورت گیرد:

جایی که یک طرف :

١) قبل از رسیدن موعد اجرای تعهد منکر مسوولیت قراردادی گردد؛

٢) خود را از اجرای تعهد یا بخشی از ان ناتوان سازد؛


٣) از اجرای تعهدات مندرج در قرارداد قصور ورزد.
