Substitute Transaction :

In International contracts, where the aggrieved party has terminated the contract and has made a substitute transaction within a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner, it may recover the difference between the contract price and the price of the substitute transaction as well as damages for any further loss are recoverable .

در قراردادهای بین المللی در مواردی که شخص متضرر، قرارداد را فسخ می کندو معامله جایگزینی در مدت زمان متعارف منعقد می کند، می تواند علاوه بر استرداد ما به التفاوت ثمن قراردادی با ثمن معامله جایگزین ، برای هر گونه ضرر و زیانی که در اینده ممکن است به وجود بیاید  تقاضای جبران خسارت کند .
