ابطال جزئی :


In international contracts, where a ground of avoidance affects only individual terms of the contract, the effect of avoidance is limited to those terms unless, having regard to the circumstances, it is unreasonable to uphold the remaining contract.

در قراردادهای بین المللی ، در صورتیکه منشا ابطال قرارداد فقط در برخی از شروط ان موثر باشد، اثر ابطال به همان شروط محدود می شود؛

مگر اینکه با توجه به اوضاع و احوال ، تایید صحت بقیه قرارداد ، غیر معقول و نامتعارف باشد .
