اشتباه درباره مفاد سند امضا شده عذر نخواهد بود و امضا کننده متعهد است .


For scape of binging nature of your signature, you need to prove that the signed document was radically different from the document that you thought it has been signed, secondly that the signature of the document has not been carelessly done thirdly if the true contents of the document was defined, it would not be signed.


برای فرار از ماهیت الزام اور امضایتان شما نیاز دارید اثبات کنید که  :

اولا سند امضا شده اساسا متفاوت از ان سندی بود که فکر می کردید امضا شده است .

ثانیا اینکه امضا سند با غفلت صورت نگرفته است ،

ثالثا اگر مندرجات واقعی سند معلوم می شد امضا نمی گردید .
