PROCEDURE IN APPLYING FOR PERMISSION:

In international contracts:

(1) The party required to take the measures necessary to obtain the permission shall do so without undue delay and shall bear any expenses incurred.
 
(2) That party shall whenever appropriate give the other party notice of the grant or refusal of such permission without undue delay.


در قراردادهای بین المللی :

١) طرفی که مکلف است تدابیر ضروری برای اخذ مجوز را اتخاذ کند، باید این کار را بدون تاخیر غیر موجه انجام دهد و همه هزینه های به بار امده را متحمل شود.

٢) در موارد مقتضی ، طرف مزبور باید بدون تاخیر غیر موجه، طرف دیگر را از اعطا یا رد اعطای مجوز مذکور مطلع سازد.
